Cristine Price, CMHC and Julia Ervin provide a weekly program to support a greater commitment to yourself (your health, your ideal weight, your goals). We incorporate the 21 spiritual lessons from A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson as well as Guided Imagery and other tools to transform subconscious patterns and beliefs. The course runs 12 weeks and the classes will be recorded so you can watch them at your convenience.
